Here are common settings for using your email account on your iPhone, iPad, Mac or other Apple product.
Quick -------------------------------------
To set up your iPhone using IMAP with our email servers, please do the following:

password: your email address password (password is case sensitive)
The hostname is mail.yourdomain.com (no "www")
IMAP Path Prefix is INBOX
SSL
incoming port 993
outgoing port 465
At the certificate warning, choose "details" and then "save" (or "accept").
//////////////////////
IMAP SSL
(Enable SSL if necessary)
incoming mail server: xx.webmasters.com (where xx is your server number, located in your control panel)
IMAP port 993
Root Folder/Directory: INBOX
username: youremail@yourdomain.com
password: your email account password
outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
(to avoid security exceptions, use nsXX.webmasters.com (where nsXX is the primary name server address of your server located in your control panel))
POP3 port 465
SMTP authentication ON / use same settings as incoming server
** Replace each instance of "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name. **
*Upon connection, you may also have to accept our self-signed certificate. This is perfectly safe to do.
Note: Folders created and subscribed to through mail clients will -not- populate inside of Webmail. In other words, all extra IMAP folders must first be created inside of Webmail by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com
