Subject: Unable to connect to database. Please contact support

The following message was sent by our staff regarding the above subject:

Wilson,

The reason why you are receiving the error message "Unable to connect to database. Please contact support" is because your database password has been modified.

This stopped working because the database password does not match the one in database config file in at least one location (store/auth.inc.php). Before changing your database password, we highly recommend that you make a list of all database config files (programs that require a database have a database config file), then changes these when you change your database password.
