The following message was sent by our staff regarding the above subject:

Dear Customer,

We send 4 renewal notices to alert you to an upcoming renewal date. One is sent 90 days prior to expiration, a second one at 60 days, and a third 30 days prior. The final notice is sent the day of expiration.

We submit email notifications only; we do not contact customers by phone or via postal mail for renewals. For this reason, it is imperative that you maintain up-to-date contact information in your account at all times, and to make sure that our email addresses (billing@webmasters.com and support@webmasters.com) are in your whitelist so that you can receive renewal notices and support responses.

Please remember that the free domain discount is realized only on your hosting account, and therefore you must renew your domain each year. Both accounts must be renewed annually, though your hosting account will receive a $14.95 deduction to make up for the cost of the domain.
