| The "how are we doing" rating should be upgraded with a new rating that states: "Your service is outstanding!" I have been a webdevloper, webmaster and internet marketing professional for over 10 years, using different registrars and webhosting organizations, and I have yet to discover a webhosting service organization that tops the customer support dedication and the control panel software I have been provided at my fingertips. I never had the feeling that I was just another datafield in their client database. | We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs.
