I work for Mark Tambascio, having taken over the role of admin for his website myplacepizza.com Unfortunately the person he had prior had the account in his own name instead of putting it in Mark's name. For the last few weeks we have been trying to use the website links to have the owner name changed back into Marks Name along with his contact info so that we can update the site. Today disaster struck, when the hosting service expired and we lost access to teh site. your tech support department assisted us and we had the site back up within minutes of the call back from Tech Support. In addition, John Desantis stuck with me on the phone and walked me through the process of renewing the site subscription and ensuring I followed proper procedure. This website is used as a portal for the restaurant business Mark runs and with the website down and his email down he was extremely agitated, getting everthing back up and running in a timely manner was a great sense of relief for Mark and his family, as well as to my own. I don't have a lot of experience working with HTML, and the support team at webmasters helped me set up a shopping cart. When my Front Page program changed the code for the cart, they explained what was causing an error in the cart, and even fixed the HTML for me. There aren't many problems with webmasters, but when there are, they offer fast and friendly service in resolving them. |

Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved .
