| Our all vounteer art league had to redo an ineffective website. As you might imagine, a high percentage of our membership is very computer iliterate. Linda was wonderful, helping us to put all needed elements into our site, including a member's art gallery with shopping cart, on-line class registration, on-line newsletter and so much more. | There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to! Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |

| Outstanding service would really be a better choice, they are that good. For about 18 years I have been dealing with pretty much the same people, they know their systems. Recently I had a small issue with FTP and Ryan resolved it right away after a single email. It really is a nice to be able to work with the same people year after year.
