One Price for ALL domains: Only $14.95/year is our regular price on ALL domains. All of our domains cost the same, regardless of extention - and the price won't go up when it's time to renew. We're the least expensive registrar around.
Ownership Transfers: Domain ownership can be changed online in real time upon completion of the required security procedures. If a domain name is being sold, the seller can create an account for the buyer, and transfer the domain into that account, thus enabling the buyer to manage the domain after the transfer. There is no fee to transfer domain ownership from one party to another or between accounts.
DNS Management: Every domain registration includes use of a free DNS server with the ability to manage all DNS records such as NS, A, CNAME, MX, and wildcard entries in real time. Our Domain Control Panel provides root access to the actual DNS zone file for easy editing.
Daily Traffic Statistics: Each parked or forwarded domain includes a real time report of the unique visitors to that domain for the previous 24 hour period. That report also contains the hourly visitor trend, visitors in the last hour, visitors expected by 12 am that period, visitors online at the time the report is being accessed, as well as all the details including referral information for the last 50 visitors. This report is extremely useful for determining the amount and pattern of traffic to any parked domain without setting up a full hosting account.
Domain Lock: Each domain can be locked at the registry level in real time to prevent fraudulent transfers to other registrars. When a domain is in Super Lock status, all functions such as DNS changes, contact updates, etc., can still be performed. What cannot be done is requesting a transfer to another account, registrar or retrieving an Authorization Code. A Domain Lock can be removed by the registrant from the Domain Control Panel.
Super Lock: For ultimate security, a Super Lock™ will permanently lock a domain at the registry, and can only be removed manually at the registry level. When a domain is in Super Lock status, all functions such as DNS changes, contact updates, etc., can still be performed. What cannot be done is requesting a transfer to another account, registrar or retrieving an Authorization Code. In order to remove a Super Lock from any domain, the registrant must contact our Support Team for further instructions, which may include requiring a written authorization.
Fraud Protection: To help protect our customers from fraud, we have adopted an Identity Verification Policy for providing telephone support. When someone contacts us via telephone to request any kind of account updates, or requesting information on an account, we will first ask for the the master password associated with that account. If the password is not known or an incorrect password is presented, we will send a password reminder notice to the e-mail address we have on record for that account. If the contacting party is unable to receive e-mail at that address, we will require a signed, notarized statement from the original account holder authorizing us to perform the requested action along with a verifiable telephone number. We realize that a domain name is the most important asset for most online ventures, and we treat it as such.
Auto Renew: Domains with Auto Renew enabled are automatically renewed on their expiration date to prevent them from being released for registration.
Domain Recovery: If all security methods fail at the same time (which is obviously extremely unlikely to happen), and your domain gets transferred to another registrar without your knowledge or permission, we will contact the receiving registrar on your behalf to ensure the return of the domain to its rightful owner. Of course there are no guarantees of recovery, but we will do everything humanly possible to assist you in a timely manner. Typically, a call from us to the receiving registrar will return a domain to our customer within a couple of days.
Whois Guarantee: ICANN rules require that the whois information for every registered domain is accurate at all times. If an email address or telephone number stops working, or if snail mail to the contact address is returned by the post office, a 3rd party has a right to complain to the domain's registrar. Following such a complaint the domain registrar must either correct the whois record or release the domain for public registration. Our Whois Guarantee provides peace of mind that if your whois record is ever found to contain incorrect information, and we receive a complaint from a 3rd party, we will do the following:
1) Make every attempt to contact the owner of record.
2) If #1 fails, we will replace the invalid address, email, or telephone
number with our private registration defaults to satisfy the complaint.
We will not release the domain for registration or remove it from its master account unless required to do so by law in very rare circumstances.
Domain Control Panel: Our online Domain Control Panel gives you complete, real time control of the administration of all your domains. You can update contact information and DNS records, manage DNS if needed, set up a Parking or For Sale page, view registered domains, renew domains, and create Sub Accounts for management of any individual domain. Management of optional features such as Email and Forwarding is available as well.
Network Tools: This utility performs network and DNS troubleshooting. Functions include Ping, Traceroute, Dig, Nslookup, Host, Whois, and the IP Whois which locates the ownership of any IP address from around the world.
Bulk Transfers: Our Bulk Transfer form provides an easy cut and paste interface to transfer multiple domains sharing by the same administrative contact email address. Our Concierge Transfer Service™ is available free of charge for transfers of 100 domains or more at the same time. This service includes our friendly staff manually processing the transfer of each domain, and ensuring the process is completed successfully.
Bulk Updates: Changes, such as DNS record modification, contact info updates and Auto Renew settings can be applied to multiple domains simultaneously by either selecting the applicable domain folder or all domains.
Sub Accounts: A separate Sub Account can be created for the management of any single domain. This is useful when a webmaster or consultant is managing multiple domains for various clients, and would like for the client to have the ability to manage their own domain. Ownership or admin contact info changes are not allowed through Sub Accounts for security reasons.
Real Time Registrations: All new domains registered through our system can be accessed online almost immediately following the initial registration. Our direct registry connection enables all domain updates including new registrations and DNS server changes to be visible online in real time without waiting the usual 24 hour period.
Domain Forwarding: Domain Forwarding is a useful tool for generating more traffic and increasing search engine visibility, as it enables forwarding of additional domain names to any page, directory or external URL without purchasing additional hosting accounts. The home page of a Forwarded domain can be redirected to the destination URL (Standard Forwarding), the Forwarded domain (home page only) can appear in the browser with the content of the destination URL (Frame Forwarding), or the entire content of the destination URL can be displayed on the Forwarded domain (IP Forwarding). If users enter a domain set up under Standard Forwarding, they will be redirected to the destination URL, while under Frame Forwarding, the Forwarded domain will remain in the browser's address bar while displaying the content of the destination URL. Frame Forwarding and Standard Forwarding do not allow absolute paths to be entered to access individual pages on a destination URL, as only the home page of a URL can be forwarded. IP Forwarding mirrors the content of the destination URL, allowing access to all pages and directories through the Forwarded domain (IP Forwarding requires the destination URL to be on its own Unique IP Address).
For example, if you want to forward the URL yourdomain.com to yourname.com with Standard Forwarding, visitors will actually be redirected to the domain yourname.com when attempting to access yourdomain.com, while with Frame Forwarding, they will see the content of yourname.com with yourdomain.com in the browser's address bar. In both Standard and Frame Forwarding, accessing the page yourname.com/page.htm by entering yourdomain.com/page.htm is not possible, and will result in a "File Not Found" error, as that can only be done with IP Forwarding.

Email Package: The Email Package consists of the following:
- 10 POP3 Mailboxes: The ability to use up to 10 unique POP3 mail
accounts. For example, info@yourname.com, john@yourname.com, sales@yourname.com,
etc.. Each mailbox can have its own password for retrieving messages. POP3
mailboxes can also be set up to receive mail and forward it at the same
time.
- Unlimited Forwarding Aliases: The mail forwarding feature
allows you to forward incoming messages to a specially configured mailbox
(alias) to another e-mail address within or outside of your domain. For
example, suppose you are the only person receiving mail for your website,
but you would like 5 separate e-mail addresses (info@domain.com, sales@domain.com,
joe@domain.com, etc.), you can set up one mailbox called "info" and set up
the other aliases to be forwarded to that mailbox automatically. This way
you would only need to check the main "info" mailbox for messages.
Forwarding messages to multiple mailboxes at the same time (Mail Groups)
is also supported.
- Unlimited Autoresponders: Autoresponders automatically send a
selected reply upon receipt of each incoming message. Any mailbox
including aliases can have an autoresponder enabled. The Autoresponder
Manager allows creation and management of multiple autoresponders.
- Spam Filter: Our proprietary Spam Filter provides control over
e-mail delivery at the server level by automatically deleting unwanted
e-mail messages containing Spam and virus attachments. The advantage of a
server side Spam Filter is that unwanted mail is deleted directly on the
server without ever having to be downloaded. There are 7 parameters for
filtering Spam: From Address, To Address, To Host,
Cc Address, Headers, Message Subject, and Message
Body, plus a Virus Attachment filter. Each filter can have its
own set of rules for deleting messages containing a certain combination of
characters.
The "White List" feature provides the ability to have a list of names, addresses, domain names, or any alphanumeric string of characters which forces the delivery of messages containing any entry on that list in various pre-defined places, thus bypassing the Spam Filter entirely. The "Notify Sender Of Non Delivery" option automatically notifies senders of messages rejected for Spam that their message was not delivered, along with the reason why, and a secure link for using a trusted, web based e-mail client to re-send it without filtering. This ensures that no message gets deleted without notice, and since Spammers mostly use forged return addresses which cannot receive replies, legitimate senders will get the ability to have their messages delivered regardless of content. For added reliability, each account can also create a "Spam" mailbox which will store all messages rejected by the Spam Filter for 72 hours.

password protected SMTP mail server to send outgoing mail to and from any
domain or e-mail address.
Web Based Email: Our advanced, Webmail / Personal Assistant combines all powerful features of popular PC based e-mail clients such as Outlook and Eudora with the flexibility of web based e-mail. Web Based E-Mail allows you to send and receive e-mail from any POP3 mailbox anywhere (even those not hosted with us) using a web browser on any computer with an Internet connection.The following is just a small sample of all the features included in our latest Webmail release:

- Mail Server Monitoring: One of the biggest complaints about the shared hosting environment is e-mail. Since there are multiple users who share a single mail server, if one user decides to send 10,000 or more outgoing messages using any of the multitude of tools at their disposal. all users will experience mail delays of 3 hours or more. If 100,000 or more messages are sent, that delay can become as high as 12 hours. The conventional method of dealing with such a situation is to purge the mail server queue as soon as a mail delay complaint is received and verified. Although this does eliminate the delay for some time, it permanently deletes all outgoing and some incoming messages for all users, resulting in loss of some or all e-mail processed during that time. To prevent the above from happening, we have developed a special function in our proprietary ProcessWatch™ server side management utility to constantly monitor the mail server message queue, and automatically detect, and purge large volumes of outgoing e-mail from a single source (over 5,000 messages from one sender) which would have otherwise created a significant delay in delivery. If any such violation occurs, both the sender and our security staff is instantly notified to prevent future problems. This utility can also selectively purge any outgoing message(s) from the mail server without shutting it down or affecting normal mail delivery. The end result is a lightning fast, and reliable mail server, with virtually no chance of mail loss.
