| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. | The service here is always amazing! On Sunday night I was getting a 550 ftp error using Dreamwaver MX when I upload my files for a second time. I needed to determine what was going on to see if was a problem on my end or with protections on the server.
When I called, the first thing that was amazing, is that someone was there. The second thing that was amazing is the person that answered the phone was nice. And the third thing that was amazing is that the person was helpful! He took the time to try uploading my file to see if he could duplicate the problem. Ultimately, it worked fine for him. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me the results of his test which indicated the problem was on my side. I tried to ftp on my side with another program and was successful. His helpfulness pointed me in the direction to research known bugs with Dreamweaver MX. Although I have not been able to fix the problem, Dreamweaver user group does mention this problem. THANK YOU!!! |
