The support is quick friendly and reliable, and the one plan one price deal is simple and competitively priced. Getting started is easy and they take care of the domain registration. The bandwidth and data transfer are very generous and I find the control panel quite attractive and versatile. The speed and security are great. | There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to! Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |
