I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.

Your administrator - John DeSantis - was very patient and very helpful in explaining the specifics of how to protect my account in the future and assure me that my typical way of sending emails did not have to change.

I help manage the website for a condo association, and when we needed a website I looked at a bunch of different options. While price was considered, one thing that got me, is that your company is a local Tampa area business, and being a condo in the Tampa area, I wanted to support local businesses.
Having used the service now for several years, I can say that I have been very happy with the quality of service and the quality of help/responses to my questions.
