| Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |

Asked about upgrading to a more recent version of a CMS (Joomla). I was promptly told that it could be arranged by migrating to a different server with the necessary specifications. Your administrator - John DeSantis - was very patient and very helpful in explaining the specifics of how to protect my account in the future and assure me that my typical way of sending emails did not have to change.
