I have a ".is" domain, which is reaaaaaaally hard to find a hosting for cause of stupid requirements from isnic.is. After a loooong and stressfull week in searching for a good hosting I finally found some icelander who told me that you were the only company that actually has made the efford to set up a special server for us and sign it up with isnic.is. And it workes! First I didn't have luck with your service, since you miss the "live chat" where you as a potential customer can get answeres right away! But when I finally bought the service I have got the best service from you, with so quicke replies and everything :) John DeSantis has really been so helpfull in ending this boring and not so nice process of finding a good host :)
I just hope you will soon put up a "live chat" and answere the emails people send to sales or support so that you will get more customers. In the internetworld people never have patient, so if you don't get answere in few hours from one hosting, you go to another one!! So use a bit of your great "inside" service, to the people "out there" who are looking for hosting :)
