| The "how are we doing" rating should be upgraded with a new rating that states: "Your service is outstanding!" I have been a webdevloper, webmaster and internet marketing professional for over 10 years, using different registrars and webhosting organizations, and I have yet to discover a webhosting service organization that tops the customer support dedication and the control panel software I have been provided at my fingertips. I never had the feeling that I was just another datafield in their client database. | There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |
