Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store!
When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved .

And when we screwed up our catch-all settings they were very understanding and hardly laughed at or mocked us at all! 8 ^ )
