Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store!
When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved .
I cannot recommend enough the quality of service I received from them on this occasion , and the help in setting up the account on my new mobile as well.

| Outstanding service would really be a better choice, they are that good. For about 18 years I have been dealing with pretty much the same people, they know their systems. Recently I had a small issue with FTP and Ryan resolved it right away after a single email. It really is a nice to be able to work with the same people year after year. I have been using webmasters for several years.
My website seldom has any outages, and my email accounts the same.
bugs are rare, maybe once a year ... probably less
When I do have a question or problem I get rapid, complete, and courteous response.
I have not carefully evaluated the cost of my service for several years... however I have always found that webmasters is the most economical of all.

The guys at Webmasters.com never treated me stupid or got tired of my rudimentary questions. After the light turned on "bing!" I was thankful I had my account at Webmasters.com.
