| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to.

I was using the domain richardsclass.com as a gateway for my students. Because students that were not mine started using the site, I added the add-on domain SBVC.us.
Eventually I wanted to make SBVC.us the primary domain in the account. This was because forwarding was not enough, I wanted to be able to use sub-domains extensively.
I dreaded the hassle in getting this done. What I found was quite the opposite. It took only two emails, one to inquire about the possibility and one to execute it. Both emails were answered within a few minutes, and the new account for sbvc.us was created and I had the site up and running within the hour.
I teach a web development class, (beginner stuff) and have recommended your company to every class. I know of several students, and one faculty member who have created accounts with you. I will continue to recommend Webmasters.com because I have found the service to be excellent.
