I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take.
They were helpful at every step of the way.
It turned into quite a long thread (19 replies) and several support members replied at different stages, including L. Sterling, Paul Schultz, F. Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team".

I help manage the website for a condo association, and when we needed a website I looked at a bunch of different options. While price was considered, one thing that got me, is that your company is a local Tampa area business, and being a condo in the Tampa area, I wanted to support local businesses.
