| Outstanding service would really be a better choice, they are that good. For about 18 years I have been dealing with pretty much the same people, they know their systems. Recently I had a small issue with FTP and Ryan resolved it right away after a single email. It really is a nice to be able to work with the same people year after year. I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.
