I can not express enough how fantastic Mr. C. Thomas has been. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our migration to a shared server was successful.
Ticket numbers S-060628202A and S-060627259T 6/29/06 with our migration there where a number of advanced challenges and great effort was made to insure our migration was successful. I have been using Webmasters.com for many years and have seen it grow at a pace that puts Webmasters.com on the cutting edge at every turn. Fair pricing and awesome features provided by Webmasters.com stands out however, the support services provided by webmasters.com continue to be the main element that keeps webmasters.com at the very top of my list. | There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |
