I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take.
They were helpful at every step of the way.
It turned into quite a long thread (19 replies) and several support members replied at different stages, including L. Sterling, Paul Schultz, F. Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team".

I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. Paul went over and above the call of duty to find an answer to my question about setting up a client's email on Thunderbird. I found no answers in the FAQs or Google searches and stumped the first tech I spoke to several days before. I was sure it was something small I was missing, but could not find it.
