She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. I help manage the website for a condo association, and when we needed a website I looked at a bunch of different options. While price was considered, one thing that got me, is that your company is a local Tampa area business, and being a condo in the Tampa area, I wanted to support local businesses.
